When you visit the Site, we collect information such as your browser type, IP address, time zone, and information from cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the pages you view, the site or search terms that referred you here, and how you interact with the Site.
When you fill out our contact form, sign up for our newsletter, or book a meeting through the Site, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business or municipality name, and details about the services or information you are seeking.
You may browse the Site anonymously. We collect personal identification information only when you voluntarily submit it. You may decline to provide it, though doing so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site, such as our contact form or meeting scheduler.
Device Information
We collect non-personal information about how Users interact with the Site, including browser type, device type, operating system, and internet service provider (“Device Information”), using the following technologies:

More information is available at http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- Log files: track actions on the Site and record IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring or exit pages, and date and time stamps.

Cookies, Tracking, and Your Choices
Certain cookies used on the Site, including those associated with our analytics and advertising partners, involve sharing device and browsing information with third parties for analytics and cross-context behavioral advertising (remarketing). Under the CCPA, this type of disclosure is treated as “sharing” even though we do not receive money in exchange for it. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” section below explains how to opt out. A cookie consent tool on the Site lets you set your preferences for non-essential cookies.
We do not otherwise sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Do Not Track
We do not alter our data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described below.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell Users’ personal identification information for money. As described above, certain analytics and advertising cookies constitute “sharing” under the CCPA. We may also disclose generic aggregated demographic information, not linked to any individual, to business partners. We use third-party service providers to help operate the Site and our business, such as our meeting scheduler, email newsletter platform, or survey tools, and share information with them only for those limited purposes.
We may disclose Personal Information to comply with applicable law, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.
Newsletters and Podcast Updates
If you opt in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, podcast releases, event updates, and related content. We may use third-party providers to help administer these communications and share your information with them only for that limited purpose.
Advertising
Ads that may appear in connection with the Site, including on linked social media pages, may be delivered by advertising partners who set cookies to recognize your device and compile non-personal information used to deliver targeted advertising. This Privacy Policy does not cover cookies placed by advertisers. For more on how targeted advertising works, visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.
You can opt out of targeted advertising directly through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram’s ad settings, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at http://optout.aboutads.info/.
Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through the Site only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information collected in the preceding 12 months, subject to certain exceptions under law:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and shared about you
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
Categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months include: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing behavior, interaction with the Site); and professional or business information you provide in connection with an inquiry or meeting request. We collect this information directly from you and automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
We disclose these categories to service providers who help operate the Site (such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, and email vendors) and, for analytics and advertising cookies as described above, to advertising and analytics partners in a manner that constitutes “sharing” under the CCPA.
To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the information in the “Contacting Us” section below. We will verify your request using the information you provide before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to our ability to verify that authorization.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may:
- Use the cookie consent tool or browser controls described in the Device Information section above
- Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser or extension; we treat a detected GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for this Site
- Contact us directly using the information in the “Contacting Us” section below

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.
