Carrie began her real estate career in development and residential construction with a local Chico firm specializing in New Urbanist neighborhoods. With over 20 years of commercial property management and construction experience, she adeptly assists clients with tenant improvements and build-to-suit processes. She holds the prestigious CCIM designation, is a member of the ICSC, Chico Builders Association, and serves on the board of the Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors.

About Kelsey Watt, MS

Kelsey, a 5th generation Chicoan, grew up near Bidwell Park in her family’s historic 1918 home. An adrenaline junkie and closet nerd, she loves unplanned road trips and contract questions. With a diverse background in teaching, business, and luxury real estate, Kelsey is a proud CSUC alumna with a Master’s in Business. She has managed the Coldwell Banker DuFour office and the Truckee branch of Oliver Luxury Real Estate (now Corcoran Global Living). Passionate about animals, she passed local legislation in 2017 to protect animal welfare. Kelsey’s eclectic background, drive, and creativity ensure the best results for her clients.
